About Estimé

Curiosity
came first.
It still does.

Born and raised in Brooklyn. Working across engineering, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship.

The story

I learned by
taking things apart.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Long before I had a title in technology, I was teaching myself to code. I wanted to know what made a page work, how a system fit together, and what I could make with the tools in front of me.

That instinct became a career in financial services and enterprise technology. At JPMorgan Chase, and through consulting work serving Barclays, Credit Suisse, and GroupM, I learned to navigate systems where decisions carry consequences well beyond the screen.

Dallas became home in 2019. The work expanded, and so did my perspective: from delivering projects to helping leaders connect technology, people, and execution.

Today, I bring that experience to Brain Matched, AiQorx, and the ideas I explore in my writing. I am interested in what technology can make possible, and equally interested in whether it makes life better for the person using it.

How I approach the work

01

Understand before prescribing.

Listen closely. Find the actual constraint. A well-framed problem is worth more than a fast answer to the wrong question.

02

Stay close to the details.

Strategy gets stronger when it is informed by the code, the people doing the work, and the experience on the other side.

03

Make judgment visible.

Explain the trade-offs. Be clear about what is known, what needs testing, and what a team should do next.

Beyond a title

The work changes.
The curiosity stays.

Engineering, leadership, entrepreneurship, and writing are different ways of asking the same question: what could work better, and what would it take to build it?

What are you
building next?

A meaningful role. A difficult problem.
An idea ready to become something real.
